Stellar Local manages your Google Business Profile on your behalf. This includes writing and publishing posts, replying to reviews, and sending you performance updates via SMS and email.By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to take these actions using it.
Stellar Local is operated by Useful for Humans Ltd. Tarkett pays for it on your behalf and is not otherwise involved: Tarkett is not a party to these terms, does not operate the service, and does not decide what happens to your data.
Tarkett is told how many retailers are using the service, because that is what it is invoiced for. It is not given your reviews, your ratings, your performance figures, your phone number or the contents of anything we post for you. Your relationship with Tarkett is unaffected by whether you use this service, or stop using it.
You must have a verified Google Business Profile. You must provide a valid UK mobile number. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content we flag for your attention (e.g. negative review replies). You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Stellar Local is free to you. Tarkett funds the service. There is no subscription, no payment details are collected, and you will not be charged. If that ever changes we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and it would take your agreement — we cannot start charging an account that has never given us a payment method.
Posts and review replies are generated by AI and published on your behalf. While we take care to produce appropriate content, you are ultimately responsible for content published to your Google profile. You can preview and cancel any post before it goes live.
Stellar Local is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. ranking improvements, call volume increases). Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You can stop at any time, and remove our access from your Google account directly. On stopping, we stop all automated actions on your Google profile. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you return, then permanently deleted.
